Pomodoro technique

Work in short stretches with breaks in between. It rings on time even with this tab in the background.

What is the Pomodoro technique?
It means working in 25-minute stretches with no interruptions, with 5 minutes of rest between them and a longer one every four. Francesco Cirillo came up with it in the eighties and named it after the tomato-shaped kitchen timer he used. It works because 25 minutes is short enough not to put you off and long enough to actually get somewhere.
