Will my resume pass ATS filters?
The three templates are built with real text, clear section headings and a simple reading order, which is what applicant tracking systems (ATS) need. The PDF has selectable text, not an image. For the strictest portals, the Classic or Minimal template without a photo is the safest choice.
Should I put a photo on my resume?
It depends on the country. In the US, the UK and Canada a photo is usually left out to avoid bias; in much of Latin America, Spain, Germany and France it's common. The photo is optional here: leave it empty and the templates adapt.
Which template should I choose?
Classic suits traditional sectors such as law, finance or the public sector. Modern, with its colored sidebar, works well for marketing, tech and sales. Minimal is the most sober and fits almost anything. You can switch at any time without losing what you wrote.
How do I save it as a PDF?
Press «Download PDF» and, in the print window, choose «Save as PDF» as the destination. On a phone, use the share or print option and save it to your files. Choose A4 or Letter depending on your country.
